MCMA is a non-profit ministry that provides pastors and church leaders with quality training, resources, and continuing education, while giving opportunity to network with one another.  The challenges of the 21st century for local congregations continue to present themselves and we know you need opportunities for growth and refreshment along the way. Our conferences bring together first rate expertise to educate and train ministry leaders with workshops on leadership, youth ministry, children s ministry, adult ministry, and almost any aspect of local church programming.
